This Ballet workout is something a bit different from a typical ballet class. It is designed for all participants to be a fun workout while experiencing the joy and beauty of movement that learning ballet offers us.
• This is a modified classical ballet class that All Adults can benefit from! Focusing on learning ballet basics, combinations and stretches, all to the beautiful sound of classical music! Sometimes we “Play that Funky Music”
• This class works almost entirely at the barre learning basic ballet technique, while building strength and flexibility in both upper and lower body.
• Benefits include increased flexibility, better balance, improved range of motion, an improved memory, and provides a low impact cardio workout.
